A small place to pause beside the village paths.

The Root Bench is a small decorative detail for a square, garden edge or quiet corner. The current rules attach no resource output, housing or protection bonus to it.

## At a glance

## Make room for it.

Use a clear two-by-one-metre space. Decorations do not create automatic entrance paths, and they must not block a route or a building’s doorway.

This building has no tier improvement in the current rules. Inspect it to see the maintenance and appearance options available in your build.

## If something seems stuck.

A bench will not solve a household’s housing or food need. Use the village’s next-step guidance for those needs, and keep the bench as a personal touch.
