Use Improve in the building details to raise its tier, up to tier 3. Read the quoted materials and work time before confirming. The plot stays the same. A home improvement raises comfort; it does not add beds.

## If something seems stuck.

A big home still needs food and protection. If growth stalls, check the village guidance and current household needs before adding another lodge.
