A proper fence around the crops you want to keep.

The Deer Enclosure protects what is inside its boundary from deer. Its eight-by-eight-metre footprint is the outer fence, so plan for usable space inside and a reachable gate.

## Make room for it.

Check that the intended crops sit inside the fence. An automatic path crossing the boundary may need a local detour; read the proposed route and keep all existing entrances reachable.

## If something seems stuck.

A nearby fence does not protect a garden outside it. Check containment in the protection preview. Buildings, blocked ground or an unreachable gate can make the enclosure preview invalid.
